Health and Safety is central to our site working ethos. Our project staff will extensively risk-assess all aspects of the installation process and develop the method statements will be strictly adhered to during the build. Our clients will be asked to contribute to, agree and approve these methods. Unsafe working practices, for whatever reason, are completely unacceptable to us

Allister understand and accept that site installation is the 'shop window' of Allister Welding’s operations. Accordingly, we have established a site services department to ensure we have the right skills to match the type of work needed, be it structural steelwork, or architectural metalwork.

We will work closely with the clients’ professional team, and other site trade contractors, to plan and execute our site activities efficiently. Through our extensive experience we are able to suggest inventive installation techniques when faced with complex site constraints. Furthermore, we maintain a flexible approach when addressing unexpected site issues by always seeking to overcome any difficulties and minimise any consequential impact to the production schedule.
